The focus of the workshop will be to provide you with the background and techniques to successfully develop and achieve your desired goals more consistently.

During the discussion we will cover:

– Wishes versus goals or why people fail to achieve their goals
– Guidelines for setting goals

       Development of SMARTY Goals
            Specific – target a specific area for improvement.
            Measurable – quantify or at least suggest an indicator of progress.

The Change Management Series Workshops consists of two separate workshops:  Organizational Change and Personal Change. Organizational Change focuses on the issues and concerns that organizations must address when introducing change into the organization due to strategic direction, business conditions, government regulation and so forth.  Personal Change focuses on the individual and considers the impact change due to the workplace events and career advancement. Topics like motivational factors and habits are discussed.
