Making Headway uses a Discovery Workshop, a process that helps start the discussion of “What do you want to do?”  The purpose is to provide direction for exploring ideas that might be a good fit for them. Using the Discovery Workshop Template, an individual can complete the workshop alone; however, it is more effective when a Making Headway coach facilitates it. During the workshop, participants learn a process for planning and achieving specific goals, understand their individual interests and strengths, and finally chart a roadmap for follow-up investigations.  – Download here
