The Making Headway program is intended to provide information to youths about career choices. We do that through interviews with successful individuals in a particular field of study or occupation. During these targeted interviews we will explore the following questions with the interviewee:

- What does your normal day look like?
- What type of education or skill training is required?
- What type of personality suceeds?
- How difficult is it to enter?
- What are the downsides?
- What is the income progression?
- Can AI easily replace me in the future?
- What advice would you give to your 17 year old self?
In addition, these interviews are relevant to individuals who are considering a career change. Remember, just because you are working in a particular field today, it doesn’t mean that you have to continue in it until you retire!
Our interviews will initially be broadcast on the local cable channel. But also will be available on YouTube and through our website.
